DISCLAIMER: Eto na naman tayo! Hindi ‘to movie review! Marami lang akong feelings! I’m just a girl feeling feelings!
Omg hi guys kumusta kayo diyan? The good news is: I’m back. Charot good news talaga?? It really feels like a while. I’m going to get right into business cos I don’t want to dramarama sa hapon you guys more than I already did (ty to the people who reached out you are the best!).
Have you watched Kita Kita already? I’m glad that it’s doing really well in theaters! And I’m glad na palabas siya sa SM Calamba kasi hindi ko na kailangang ~lumuwas~ #promdiprobz. Like I said this isn’t a movie review. Kung ire-review ko man ito lang ang masasabi ko:

I started watching How I Met Your Mother religiously in 2007, two years after its series premiere. I always catch bits and pieces on TV but it’s not until that year that I began really watching every episode. I don’t know what it is with season threes but that’s the first HIMYM DVD I bought (the first One Tree Hill episode I ever watched was also a season 3 one).
The show is ending next week and though I have not been a fan since 2005, I have followed their lives for seven years. Sometimes I feel like I’m one of Ted’s kids.
Oh wait, we’re all Ted’s kids. Borrowing JK Rowling’s words: “We’ve stuck with you ’til the very end, Ted!”
Anyway, I will not tell you which episodes I liked best nor will I list the stuff I learned about it cos Thought Catalog, Buzzfeed, Hello Giggles, and other sites got it all covered. For my HIMYM farewell, I will tell you a story of how the show pulled my heartstrings a week ago. Not that it hasn’t been since day one but everything is falling into place now.
Here’s my version of that Ted-Robin closure scene in Season 9, Episode 17.
I have to let go now.
Warning: This will get a bit cheesy. Alright. Really cheesy. Like really mushy cheesy. Like Ted Mosby cheesy. Please don’t barf. Or whatever. You have been warned.

Sosep and I were talking about mantras and my sad realization for the day (yuck I know very sentisabado ang peg) when he shared me this video. If you’re feeling down, discouraged, and confused, I suggest you watch this and realize that life ain’t that bad. PROMISE!
Some of my faves are the following:
- If you are looking for the love of your life, stop. They will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love.
- Stop over analyzing.
- Getting lost will help you find yourself.
- All emotions are beautiful.
- Life is short. Live your dream.
Be inspired and have a great week ahead! 🙂
I was praying for a sign. All these weeks, I’ve been praying for it. I’m glad I heard it today.
I went to mass this morning and the sermon was so beautiful. The priest talked about how we get so attached to our possessions that they end up possessing us. This so-called attachment only leads to unhappiness. Makes sense, huh? He told us that people kept holding on to the things they think that matter like money, power, and success for the approval of their family and peers. Dependence on these things that are not even permanent results to enslavement of one’s happiness.
The priest said that we have to distinguish these false wants and needs, these possessions that make us feel trapped.
I’m tired of this whole approval-seeking thing. I want happiness. Don’t we all? As for me money, power, and success can’t give me that. I know it.
Have faith in things to come, in opportunities, in new things, in happiness.
Have faith in thy self.
