Not so foreign

You know you’re home when you haven’t been in a place for months, but everything is still familiar. Like you didn’t leave. Like it wasn’t touched by people you don’t know. You know what they say about change… and you were afraid that this ‘change’ might affect your love for this place. But it didn’t. Because in your heart, the place is still the same. This place, where everything is fun, chill, laid back. Where the grass is green and wet and muddy. Where people can have a great time with just having random conversations about life, sex, or love over coffee or a bottle of beer. Where it feels safe. Where it feels infinite.

UPLB is my home. Always have and always will.
